Moving is stressful, but the team at 2 Men helped take our stress down a notch. Our moving team, Tim and Seth, were calm and professional. I was really impressed with how well they worked together (even when they didn't know I was looking). They exceeded my expectations in every way. I had never used a moving company before for a long move but they led us through the process without a hitch and gave our belongings white glove treatment. Tricia from the office was also a great resource. In the weeks leading up to the move I emailed her several times with questions. She answered everything promptly and never made me feel silly for asking something - even though they probably were silly in some cases. She also called every day from the day before the move to the day after, just to check on us

We are extremely happy with the job they did and would confidently recommend them. Jessica in the office was very helpful and courteous in arranging our move. Al and Devin were AWESOME. Very pleased. They helped move my 91 year old motherandamp;acirc;s furniture to a different facility. A lot of the furniture was very old.
She has had her hand carved bed since she was 16 years old. Al and Devin treated everything with care.
They were very patient and placed the furniture as requested. Dear old mom is settled into her new place nicely. It IS all about mom you know J

Very pleased from beginning to end with the service provided by Two Men and Truck. Professional from first contact with Estimater, to service provided by office, to professional moving crew, to follow up during and after the move by the main office. The three young men sent to assist with my sisterandacirc;??s move were personable, professional, polite and helpful in every way. I highly recommend Two Men and A Truck.

Polite and efficient at first. Then took long time to andquot;teachandquot; new employee andamp; were rude. Dropped dresser mirror and bookshelf flat onto wood floor. Rain/mud out and had no blankets or way to protect floor-had to use personal towels and blankets to protect new carpet. Ripped dryer vent out of dryer, extremely rough, ruined aluminum tubing-pesonally had to repair and pay for parts. Spoke with Manager(Josh) after-he was disrespectful and offered no help or reimbursement for parts. Used this service to move before (had same furniture and 30+ boxes) this time employees moved same furniture and only 6 boxes but was charged the same price and took way longer than the time before. Tried to work with employees and speak with managers but was treated disrespectfully. Worst customer service experience

I would rate our move a 9+ on a scale of 1-10. The only obstacle we ran into was the Murphy bed was to big to get out of the bedroom. And that could be contributed to the fact it was installed as a kit and put together inside the bedroom when purchased. Our two men (Tim and Jacob) could not have been nicer, and took very good care of our furniture like it was their own. Besides the weather, the best thing about our move was how TWO MEN AND A TRUCK shrink wraps all the furniture items before moving. I had worked in the moving business when I was younger, and know for a fact other moving companies ONLY wrap their furniture in moving pads and with large rubber bands which do not always keep things safe! Once again, THANK-YOU for a job well done!
