Our move went better than we expected. The two gentlemen that arrived to move our belongings, Jeff and Dalton, were very professional and worked extremely hard all day to ensure we had the best experience possible. And Jessica, from main office, made all the arrangements and scheduling very easy. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! The office staff was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We scheduled a time for the move. The movers showed up on time. They were very careful with my stuff, and practically ran as they loaded the truck. As a result, the move took about 1 hour less than estimated. I was very satisfied with everything about the service.

unfortunately the move wasn’t smooth as expected. They had a hard time getting refrigerator out in 1 piece & left In disassembled & damaged wall on either side (pics & damage reported) they ultimately spent too much time & I advised them to finish everything else. That seemed to bother Don because he seemed agitated & started moving thing faster . They moved stove and grates fell off outside, it sounded like glass broke. My wife asked “what was that “ Don said just grates. Henry then picked them up . My wife says can I get an apology & asked them to be careful. Don says I don’t feel I owe you an apology. My wife says really. I’m sure you don’t want someone dropping your possessions. He still didn’t empathize or give an apology. They broke a few items too haven't heard from anyone yet
