My moving team was excellent. However, there was an equipment issue before they even left Rockford and no one called to let me know they would be about 2 hours late.

Did an excellent job of prepping, loading, and unloading family heirlooms in very challenging weather conditions. Treated our personal items with respect. The workers had an excellent attitude and work ethic. I would definitely use the crew again!

The service was great and professional. The one and only burp, I was not notified that instead of arriving in the morning, as told, they arrived in evening. That would not have been bad except I had to call, no one in office notified me. Very happy with the service and the movers were excellent ! I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to everyone.

Worst move ever in 40 yrs. Things happen (snow) but: 1. horrible customer service-didn't call to keep us informed; left us outside/at empty site for hours when could have just picked up the phone andamp; called us!! Message - company didn't value my time at all. 2. I booked move mid October; at the time, office person commeted on how organized I was for booking so early --- if I booked first, WHY WASN'T I SCHEDULED FIRST!!! Ruined whole move. Office person said someone else scheduled before me but office dictated schedule (I was ready at 6am) -why was I not first? We were told different stories that didn't align. Promises broken. The owner was supposed to call me andamp; hasn't. I spent $142 to kennel dogs/wasted money. Am 61yr old disabled veteran andamp; totally unnecessarily stressful on me.

Totally recommend this moving service. We had rented UBox Cubes from UHaul, they had no issues packing those cubes tight. The two guys that came were courteous andamp; professional. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend using them again andamp; will recommend your service to friends andamp; family that are moving.
