The movers were great. The guy who determined the estimate was off. He did not figure accurately. We needed 2 truckloads, and he calculated 1. So it ended up 2 trips and a 3 hour longer day. Otherwise furniture in great shape, and movers were great about putting stuff where we needed it.

I did not like the fact that we were charged for the apparent "lunch" break that the movers took. They moved quite quickly in the beginning and when they saw that there was not much more to do they slowed down considerably to make sure that I paid for the 6.5 hours I was quoted. A lot of the work was done before they came to help keep costs low for myself. To me that is wrong to do but I guess that's how they make their money. We are only calling them again because I told the drivers that we would and we are people of our word.. I own my own business and I try to make sure that I always do things with the utmost integrity, that would be my only problem with referring them to someone else.
