The crew was young and inexperienced. Struggled to park truck correctly. Careless methods caused damage to house. I've been trying for 5 weeks with coordinator to get repairs done but no luck so far. Driver promised to take pictures of damage and file report but did not. Used wrong equipment for job. Ran out of plastic wrap.

Thank you for doing such a great job with our moving. The men who moved us the day of our move were exceptional. They were polite, took great care of our belongings, and were very careful to make sure our things were packed well in the truck. I also appreciated your packing and unpacking services. The men who packed/unpacked our kitchen were also very careful with our belongings, and took the time to place things in the kitchen where I requested them to be. This was such a great help because I could not have packed/unpacked these things myself because it would have caused me a lot of physical pain to do so. I would recommend 2 Men and a Truck for anyone moving. Thank you again for your terrific service!

The whole overall experience from the office staff to the movers was great.

Our move was scheduled for a Saturday at noon. Someone from the office called at 12:15 to say they were running late and would be there in 1/2 hour. I called at 1:30 when nobody had come yet. left voicemail. Someone called back from corp. office saying they would send email that nobody had arrived. 2:30 still nobody there, NO PHONE CALL NOTHING! Op Manager called back at 5:00 to apologize and asked if it could be rescheduled for next day between 9:30-10:00. Movers arrived at 10:30 (late again). However, the 2 that showed up were very nice and apologetic. Moved very quickly and efficiently. Local office compensated by not charging us "travel time".

I love using your company because the men always are polite, hard working and patient. They are willing to pick up and move anything, anywhere I ask them. They usually take care of my things as if they were their own, except this time when I looked out the window, I saw one of the men throwing my boxes into a container to bring into my apartment. Thankfully nothing was broken. I know it was a very hot day and there were many steps so I will forgive them for that and use your company again.

The office staff was so helpful! My move started with just a furniture pick-up at the store and turned into a second stop moving all of my larger belongings. They helped me to coordinate the changes and scheduled everything so that it went smoothly.
My movers were awesome! They were friendly and polite, super hard working, and even funny. They were both amazing and did the job quickly and professionally.
I definitely plan on using your services in the future!!
