The office staff was great the movers were fantastic however we paid cash and then it was also deducted from my account which is unacceptable . Now my account is overdrawn and it will take days to wait for the refund to be processed. I understand mistakes happen but I’m not too sure I would recommend this company because I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

A positive experience overall. For some reason, we were moved up 2 hours on the schedule but I decided to go ahead and have the team come early even though we were not fully ready. The guys were very patient while we scrambled to clear some items so the furniture could be moved. They did a great job and seemed conscientious that we were moving my elderly mother out of her long-time home. They were friendly and seemed generally glad to be there. My family and I were pleased with the experience.

We had a lot less to move then we thought yet the furniture was large for the space it was moved to and the movers helped with room arrangement to make it work.

Overall, very happy with the company. The truck arrived an hour early, and fortunately we were were ready for them.
