The movers were hard working and considerate. They took very good care of my things and respected my wishes as to where I wanted them placed. They went out of there way to help our family and I can't thank them and you enough for such a great service. Never ever going anywhere else. Hopefully we can have the same gentlemen as well. Everything went well. I am a little bothered that my headboard was dropped and damaged and i have not been contacted about it. The movers told me right away and noted it on the paperwork, but I have yet to hear from anyone. This is very upsetting.

I was disappointed that we did not move on the date and time we were scheduled. I had to be out by a certain date per my lease and there was no regard or compensation for my inconvenience. During the same bad weather I was able to move things on my own. I was told having 3 men as oppose to two men would shorten the time for the move and the difference in cost would be a wash. Instead, it was more time and a large difference in price than I anticipated. They should have at least waived the time to and from home base since they didn't perform on the date as contracted for. All that I needed the third person was for one heavy item to lift and then the rest could have been done with two people. Furthermore, for the small number of items I moved it shouldn't have taken that long.

The team of 2 guys had to deal with horrible ice conditions. Yet they were able to do everything that was expected of them. They were real troopers and had to adjust how they did things based on the ice. I was concerned for their safety but they powered through, improvised, and got it done. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use this team again and would highly recommend both of them. Good attitudes, also.

I don't remember the name of the movers. They were fantastic and impressive. They literally picked u the bookshelf with out any problems and loaded it. My daughter was impressed on how they just picked it up and moved the shelf up 13 steps with ease. No damage to her tight stair well or wood floor. Thank you

The evening my hutch was delivered the weather was absolutely terrible... sleet, freezing rain it was awful. 2 Men and a truck came through and carefully delivered my hutch! They did a great job!

Weather was extremely cold on the days we had to move,conditions were snowing and brutally cold out. All the movers did an awesome job. Only noticed a couple of pieces with very minor damage, not enough to report nor complain about. I would recommend this business to others in need of their services. Satisfied with price and outcome of moving experience.

We had some unexpected frigid weather to deal with and staff was right on top of it and rescheduled our move as soon as the weather warmed up. The movers were very friendly, efficient, and did a nice job of fitting our furniture into a rather small storage area. They also showed up several hours early (which the office staff alerted us to) which was a nice surprise.
