I am a very busy resident physician and had to move between states while still working. I took 3 days off and Two Men and a Truck packed the majority of my things in less than 3 hours and I had the rest packed well before day 1 was done. Day 2 resulted in a different team coming back, loading the truck, driving to a new state and unloading again. Both apartments were on the second floor and the apartment I was leaving was a Loft and had an additional set of stairs. They accomplished the move (including drive time) in 6.5 hours. Two items suffered minor wear from the move, but everything else came thru without a problem. They did tend to pack boxes on the light side (I would have put WAY more into many of them if I were packing), but again, almost nothing was damaged - so no complaints!

They came up with excuses for not moving certain things and then I had friends move those things they said they couldn’t move. they also broke a couple things like my recliner and a piece off my headboard was missing

Movers damaged our headboard. Can only assume that the they did not wrap the piece of furniture when they placed it in the truck. Was told someone from the office would call within a week. No call back

You still have our legs to our couch and love seat. We want them back!
Your truck got stuck in our yard and made 30 ft ruts in our lawn.

The movers did pretty good with most of our personal property except they scratched up the sides of the laundry machines and scratched up the front door of the house we were leaving and the screen door of the house we moved into. No one is perfect it is difficult to move big furniture I think sometimes they another mover to help them or they need to slow down.

We did not have a good experience.
We did not receive the men we requested.
Damages to both houses and items broke.

The movers where in a hurry. They rushed through the whole move. The one man got insured. Where not careful with my furniture or themselve.

The movers arrived about an hour later than originally expected, but we were told that the time would be variable. Three movers arrived. They were all courteous, but the younger two were not clear-headed. They dropped a dryer down the stairs and dropped a small box labelled "fragile" off of a dolly (it was just piled high on a dolly without being secured) and many figurines in it were smashed even though they were well packed. One of the guys kept hitting his head and walking into things. The two couldn't focus or look at your eyes when talking to you and were giddy and giggling. Otherwise, they did a pretty good job. They were courteous, helpful and efficient. The office staff was very responsive regarding the damage.

A chair was broke because they were hurting to get done and a roll top desk was taken apart and not put together again.

As I indicated I thought the service was excellent and I would certainly recommend you to others.
