Office staff was superior. Moving team on time and cordial. Did notice what I believe was obvious time wasting to make more hours to bill at higher rate. At completion of move....same time wasting observed and one bed assembled wrong, two pieces of furniture badly scratched...several boxes crushed and items in boxes broken and had to be discarded. Final bill was much higher than estimated.

What a nice group of young men! So pleasant and professional. I needed 4 men and 2 trucks. Thank you for your wonderful company.

The lead person -“Mike “ and his partner Chris (as I best recall) were very professional & focused in their approach to the job. The move was estimated at 4.5 to 5 hours by your computer algorithm. The team completed the entire job in about 3 plus hours.

I would like to say they did a very good job, they worked the whole time and I didn't have to worry about that wasted time because I was charged by the hour. We did have to make two trips. They had to leave because they had another appointment so everything was not moved that I needed.
