We have used 2MT several times before. Bill and his Rockford team were very professional and friendly. Even though it was pouring on our move day the team did their best to accommodate the poor conditions. Overall, we have been very happy with our various experiences with 2MT.

Our moving team was outstanding! They were kind and careful, energetic and thorough. We moved on an exceedingly hot day and they never flagged. There was a surprise piece of furniture left behind at the house we were moving into and they gladly moved it out to the curb for me, and even asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. They made what is usually a very grueling procedure much more tolerable.

The 2 movers were great at handling our personal items, even through the pouring rain. I could tell that they hadn't worked together before but in stressful situations they learned how to compromise to get the task done! They worked well together!!
I'm frustrated with the office staff because I'm going on day 4 of not knowing exactly what I'm being charged on my credit card. I've placed 2 calls, talked with ladies in the office and was told both times/days "I need to talk to my manager and give you a call back". Still nothing.....

Ginger
We used your services to move large furniture pieces out of and back into our home for a floor refinishing project. Both teams were great. Vance and Martell were super polite, professional, and moved everything without incident. The second team of Bill, Mark, and Chris were amazing, though. Having a 3rd guy was helpful with the large pieces, and they had a lot of combined experience and made great, well thought out decisions to efficiently to get our large furniture back into our home safely and without damage to our fresh floors. It was all a positive experience, indeed!

Our movers, Shaquille, Logan and Graham did an excellent job. They were professional, hardworking, and we felt that they cared about taking care of our belongs. They were respectful of our wishes and accommodating. Great guys! We will request them when we move the rest of our belongings that were left for staging.

On the day of our move, three movers showed up instead of two, at no extra charge. A pleasant surprise. My only complaint is with the national call center. I called on June 11 and was told that my requested date of June 15th was available and all time slots were open. I called back June 12th to confirm and reached the Rockford IL office only to learn that June 15th was booked solid and the first available moving date was June 18th. Both representatives were courteous and helpful however.

I was satisfied with the movers. They were very nice and hard working. The lead on the team was especially great. I have a china cabinet I was worried about and he was able to take great care of it. I appreciated it.
However, the truck was much too small for the job so they needlessly had to take two trips. They also went to the wrong address at first even though I corrected the office about the to and from addresses. I ended up moving most of my stuff myself because the cost would have been too much for a third trip. I am regretting hiring the company. For the money, it wasn't worth it. I will not be using the company in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.
