Nick and Lexus were amazing movers. Not a single "bump" to the furniture, staircase, anything!!! VERY friendly and patient (I rearranged/changed my mind a bit). Nick and Lexus were willing to help in anyway. Give those men a raise!

While my experience with the movers was excellent, my experience with the office staff was very poor. I ended up getting charged more because the weight of my move was more than estimated, which is fine, however no-one communicated this to me until the move was over. The office told me they would call me several times to follow up, but they NEVER did. They went ahead and charged my credit card for the additional charges without my approval. I had to call them several times, and even then the person that I worked with did a poor job of communicating how they arrived at the amount at the final invoice. My experience with the office ruined the whole moving experience for me. I cannot state this as fact, but I feel as though I was under-quoted intentionally from the beginning.

The pack day was very slow. The 2 guys were just plain lazy. They didn’t mark the boxes. It’s going to be a mess when I move into my new place. Also, the office didn’t provide all the boxes I requested. I called and reminded them twice. I also called twice to make sure I had the correct date on the arrival of the truck. This was totally wrong and it caused my family to drive 24 hours to get back in time to meet the truck! The truck arrived a day early!!! I rated the movers excellent, but packers is below poor.

The movers had good attitudes and were fast even though they didn't have all the equipment they needed. The biggest complaint I have is that after the movers were done my neighbor witnessed them throw all their trash into the road from their truck (water bottles, Gatorade bottles and wrappers) not the first impression I wanted after just moving in. Kinda felt like a slap in the face after I helped them move my items and gave them a tip on top of it.

My mother had to move into senior housing. Help was limited as both my brother and I have families ourselves and have busy schedules. I spoke with our mom and she agreed it was a good idea to check out your services. I went online and found your website to be very user friendly and helpful. The next day I got a call from a friendly staff member of yours who answered all of our questions. We booked the move!
Your ENTIRE staff for packing and moving was AMAZING! The packing staff found an envelope of cash that my mother had misplaced and she was so happy that they did! The moving crew was incredibly FAST and they had her house packed up in 90 minutes! Crazy fast! They were all very professional & kind!

We hired Two Men and A Truck to move a very heavy antique hide-a-bed from the basement. The team arrived in a timely manner, were very professional and very careful with both the furniture they were moving and the the walls and woodwork in the home.
