The team of movers worked hard in all their efforts and I had a big job with lots of furniture and boxes. Two of the young men, both named Shane, really knew what they were doing especially when it came to maneuvering large pieces of furniture. He attitude of these two was always positive and helpful. My only complaint was that I found my raincoat tossed on top of some boxes in the garage. This did not stop me, however, from giving an “Excellent” rating in all categories.

I have hired this company for a move before and the guys were very good. But these guys, Mike and Gus, who came to pack our house on August 1 were AWFUL. One would slowly pack a dish and the other would be playing on his phone. They were there 6.5 grueling hours and didn’t get the job done. THE WORST part was they kept asking if they could have my mother’s belongings they were supposed to be packing! It was so uncomfortable and they kept asking for stuff all day. I would never have Packers again and I asked them to be no where near my moving day.

Vance and Mark were our movers and they were Excellent! They arrived at the time that we were informed and were very courteous. They asked questions before the move and told us how they were going to proceed. The move went very smoothly! We would recommend them!

The move did not get finished on the first day. Trying to get the move finished was very frustrating. One of the movers on the second day was extremely rude. Corey the office manager did not follow through with what he said he was going to do.

The guys moved us from Rockford to Elmwood Park. One of the trucks got a flat tire on the way, but they still showed up and completed the move. They did not complain once or even look upset about the incident. The movers were so professional and we were extremely impressed.

They guys were awesome! They scratched a wall, and installed the desk incorrectly, however, they helped us in a big way!

My overall experience was good there was a lot of confusion in the beginning which made things stressful. I also feel that one of the movers was new which slowed things down resulting in a higher cost to myself.

Guys did an excellent job and were very professional and friendly. Move took twice as long as estimated which cost me double. I was clear on what needed to be moved. I think the estimating needs to be fine tuned so customers don’t end up with bills that are double the initial quote. Also I had two trucks. The two trucks made one trip, then one truck had to go back for a small load of the remainder of items. I was still charged the two truck rate for the last 2 hours though we were only using one truck at that point. I think there should be an adjustment in my fee because of this.
