The 2 gentlemen that showed up were a bit younger than I expected but were on time and got right to work. We hired them to move all of the big and heavy items and several stairs were involved. As with any move anything can happen and they did an excellent job handling the furniture. A couple slight scratch marks on one spot of the wood floor that is already in progress to be repaired. I only mention that as another positive of the company to stand behind their words. It certainly wasn't intentional and considering the stairs, angle and heavy large piece of furniture for that being the only minor incident we were very pleased with our movers.

Movers were polite and friendly. Several items were damaged; knob broken off amplifier, furniture dented/scratched, telescope damaged to name a few.

Driver and loaders did an excellent job. Original agreement was for 10:30. Day before the move it was changed to a 2 hour window from 11:30 - 1:30. Arrived at 1:35. This was a 3 hour change from original agreement. Movers did do great once they arrived.

Vomey, Jesse and Louie were wonderful. They were present in the time frame arranged and moved items quickly. We were finished with the move ahead of schedule. Even when mistakes were made by me in regards to which room large pieces went in, they moved the furniture to the appropriate room happily. They were respectful and kind at all times. The office staff gave good communication and made sure things were going as planned. The overall service was such an excellent support during a stressful process. Thank you for your help!

The movers arrived right on time and completed the move quicker than I expected. The movers, Volney and Randy, were fantastic. They took no breaks and were very professional. They took the time to help us get everything in the right spot in the new apartment. They were very patient with us. If needed in the future I would gladly have them on the job. The office staff were also very professional and helpful. The cost of the move was reasonable. I will use your service in the future if needed.

As always the move was great because I didn't have to worry about anything being broken or taken. Then movers are always honest. Your men who moved me are very nice and strong. They make moving my temperapedic bed easy...even tho I know it is not.
