The movers and the truck manager where amazing! Very careful and fast. I had an issue with one person in the office as she was very rude! She wasn't very personable, and I had an issue with charges. This individual was very snappy on the phone and argumentive. I was able to speak to the manager of the office-thankfully! She was amazing, nice, explained things and made things right for me, the customer! This is the 4th time we have used 2 men and have been satisfied every time! Besides the office clerk (reason for low scores in office a portion) everything and everyone were great!!

From the beginning, everything went well. Shanda was professional, kind, and efficient, getting us the quote very quickly. She was very helpful. On the day of the move, the truck and movers were on time, quick, efficient, professional and very nice. The men were respectful and polite, very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend 2 Men and a Truck!

The movers were very on-point with their move and did a great job of working with us to handle an accidental drop which occurred. They were professional, managed some very challenging furniture and were also highly receptive to feedback.

The movers were hard working and considerate. They took very good care of my things and respected my wishes as to where I wanted them placed. They went out of there way to help our family and I can't thank them and you enough for such a great service. Never ever going anywhere else. Hopefully we can have the same gentlemen as well.
