The young kid is seriously lacking in skills, courtesy and common sense. He was careless, ignored instructions requests and directions. He caused minor damage to floors, doors and furniture. He was on his phone all day, not paying attention, dropping boxes anywhere he wanted while ignoring what was written on them. His coworkers had to admonish him several times about the proper methods, once saying, “ that’s the fifth time you have been told today.” He wasnt respectful of our AC expense, standing in the wide open doorway texting when they were finished. He was an ill trained aggravation to what was an otherwise great experience. I have and will continue to recommend your service, but the kid seriously needs more training, or another line of work. The other two were phenomenal. Raise pay!!

Movers showed at 5pm. Scheduled to show at 1:30. At 9:30pm, truck had no more space with many items remaining. I asked if we could get another truck and was told no. Movers asked if the new owners would be cool if I came back later to get my stuff. I insisted on them figuring it out at which point they unloaded 1/2 the truck & reloaded. Movers said it looked like a circus. Charles man-handled my things. Did not wrap furniture. Dresser has a huge gouge in it & base of dining room table has a hole in it. They scratched walls & the door at the house I was moving from & at my new home. I asked Charles repeatedly to not move things by himself as I was not only worried about my things falling down stairs or getting damaged but I was worried about him hurting himself. I am beyond disappointed!

I thought the movers would be men, not teenage boys. The most expensive furniture item (king bed set) got damaged due to movers stacking the bed frame pieces on top of each other and then left like that causing the wood to chip. Very displeased of this happening. Shows their lack of care. I hope I am compensated for the damage.

I used Two Men & a Truck to move my entire house into storage and everything went smoothly last spring. When it came time to move everything out of storage and to the new house out of town, it was a bit of a mess. The quoting process was confusing, our price DOUBLED 4 days before our move was scheduled. Pricing was not explained adequately. We had to reschedule our move, ask people to take off work to help us, and it was extremely inconvenient. The movers themselves were very hard working and polite, they moved everything VERY quickly. However, they did not take great care with our things. Much of our furniture is scratched, gouged, and damaged. Additionally, they insisted on hand carrying a 600 lb safe instead of using a dolly and dropped it, putting a big gouge in my wood floors.

Team was very efficient. Only issue I had was I noticed a small tear on the arm of my leather sofa. Will be contacting agent.

there is cosmetic damage to both house and property........i get no move is perfect.........the crew was more than professional and courteous...they worked hard and fast...maybe slowing down a step would reduce damage.....OVERALL THE CREW HAS EARNED ANY BUMP IN PAY THAT A POSITIVE REVIEW WOULD BRING

I was very impressed with your team... Especially since the job was about 12 hours and they were positive the entire day! There are a few dings in the furniture, but those can be fixed. We're extremely happy with your service.

I am a very busy resident physician and had to move between states while still working. I took 3 days off and Two Men and a Truck packed the majority of my things in less than 3 hours and I had the rest packed well before day 1 was done. Day 2 resulted in a different team coming back, loading the truck, driving to a new state and unloading again. Both apartments were on the second floor and the apartment I was leaving was a Loft and had an additional set of stairs. They accomplished the move (including drive time) in 6.5 hours. Two items suffered minor wear from the move, but everything else came thru without a problem. They did tend to pack boxes on the light side (I would have put WAY more into many of them if I were packing), but again, almost nothing was damaged - so no complaints!
