Everything was perfect except for the elastic straps on our Bakery case doors (used to tension close the doors).. Those were broken when the case was disassembled.

From my first phone contact with Luke, this has been an EXCELLENT experience. I looked at two other moving companies (one big, well-known company and one local) and the moment the estimator (I forgot his name--sorry) left I decided between his promptness, the excellent service over the phone and how courteous and nice the estimator was, to go with Two Men and a Truck. The excellence continued when the packers/movers arrived. Mike and Ron were a delight during a very trying time (moving my mother into senior living). They were fast, courteous, wonderful sense of humor, and despite working their tails off, kept smiling. I give everyone 5-stars plus!!! If anyone asks me in the future, I will recommend Two Men and a Truck as the best moving company around.

The move was a horrible experience. They arrived with 2 men and an a truck instead of the 4 men and 2 trucks that were originally scheduled. No care was taken to ensure my floors (vinyl, hardwood, tile and carpeting) were protected in any way and were damaged and soiled. My refrigerator was dropped . No care was taken with boxes marked "fragile glass". My refrigerator brought into my new home was left without doors on it (too long of a story to explain). Boxes clearly marked were to be put haphazardly throughout the house. Furniture was not properly placed. Some furniture was left facing the walls! Some extremely important boxes that they were told not to take, were taken and are now missing! Did not move all my things to my new home. I am still waiting for a resolution!

Justin and Mark did a great job loading the heavy and large items from our home and kept a positive attitude while doing so. Very careful with the furnishing and kept in communication as needed to accomplish the move. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
