I felt that our actual team of movers that came to our house was courteous and respectful, however, the attention to detail was missing and we had several items that were broken, damaged or lost. I called the office the following Monday to report the damage that was done to both properties (floor and wall scuffing that was finally taken care of by Pete just last week. I talked mostly with Katie, who was told by the GM the first or second time I called, how to go about handling the issues I had. Unfortunately every time I called I got Katie I had to start over explaining the whole issue to her even though I had sent an email with pictures of the damage as well as info regarding 2 bicycles that didn’t make it to our new house and an unlabeled box in the kitchen that ended up being food.

Overall very satisfied with our movers Mark and Tyrone. I was gone when this happened, but they really struggled getting my wife's office desk into her office and did some damage to the desk and to the door frame that will need to get fixed. There attitude was great, and they were hard workers and they definitely care. My feedback was that they didn't do the best of jobs of communicating with each other which i believe led to the damage that happened. It is a minor fix, and i am sure your company will make it right. We will anxiously wait for what the claims department will say about the damage. Thank you

Katie was fantastic- very friendly and answered all of my questions. The gentleman were very friendly and polite. the home that I was moving from was well protected with covers/ cloth in pathways. The home that I moved in to- nothing- no covers of entryways or carpet. I was left with spots on carpet. Fine, I can deal with that. I had three broken items. 2 of my 3 TV's and the foot board of my bed were broken. I was assured that these items would be repaired and someone would call me in "2-3 business days". No one called. In fact, every call that has taken place has been my doing. I let one TV go.....finally got the foot board two weeks later. I moved on September 3rd and I have not heard anything about my TV. Still waiting on Charlie...NOT HAPPY!

I was quite pleased with my moving experience.

The only issue was that the movers accidently nicked one of my walls. A damage report was filled out & I was supposed to receive a call to schedule a time to do the repair within two business days. That never happened, so I ended up doing the repair myself.

I’m having a manager come and look at the damaged they caused. No door frames were wrapped - brand new condo door frames were horrible damaged. New metal door has dents. Nothing put on the floor. I don’t be using them again.

I reached out to the local office but have not heard back.

1. It took the movers 30 minutes to remove the legs off my table, and another 30 minutes to put them on at the new location. It’s only 2 bolts per leg, and they put the table top directly on the tile with no padding and it scratched it. This added unexpected time to the move.

2. My headboard and foot board were scratched during the move, and they didn’t take the shrink wrap off my night stand

3. The movers had to go back and forth for tools several times instead of bringing what the needed after the walk through, adding more time and cost to the move.

Unfortunately at this point I can’t say the services were worth what I paid and I wouldn’t recommend your services.

We were very pleased with the efficiency of the moving team. They were polite and cordial, while remaining very focused on completing the loading process promptly. We did have a couple of minor damage issues, however the office manager assured us that one dresser would be repaired and the damaged card table would be replaced. We appreciated his immediate response to our concern and willingness to remedy the problem. We would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

two men worked very well together- the third man was a little more reckless in his work and his attitude. the move was great, a little scraping of furniture--by the third man. there was scraping and damage to the main entry door which had to be repaired and painted by maintenance. i am sending a copy of my check i paid for the damage to receive that amount refunded.

They did a good job, except my floors are scratched in several places from moving a baker's rack, that is not heavy, just awkward, which is why I hired movers to begin with. My wood floor hallway, kitchen linoleum, and family room floors all have new, very noticeable scratches. There are also several scrapes on some smaller pieces of furniture and my dresser. So much time spent bubble-wrapping some pieces, but others, not wrapped at all, and got scratched.

Overall about as expected. Took a few hours, but finished up early so that was nice. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. The 2 guys I had moving me were good, but they did have a few scrapes or other things on my walls from the move. Overall not bad, but not over the top either.
