As for the office staff, my experience with Hope was terrible. I nearly went looking for another company because of it. In every interaction with her, she treated me like I was an idiot. For example, when I first filled out the online request for a quote, I included boxes in the request. Hope confirmed this when she called me to schedule my move. However, even though "free local box delivery is also available at many locations" is stated on both your website and your printed materials, I was never informed that your location did not participate in box delivery until I called find out when my boxes would be delivered. In fact, Hope acted like I was dumb for not knowing.
