I was pleased with the actual move. However, after my move, I realized that a pair of Gold Beat's Headphones were missing. After double and triple checking both my new home and old, I realized they were taken. I have contacted my local office three separate times, starting on May 24th. Besides a quick email from Charles Rice, letting me know he was looking into it. I haven't heard anything else. I followed up with him on June 4th and then responded to an email from Dawn regarding this survey on Monday. She let me know she was forwarding this on to her GM. However, I still haven't heard back. I won't use Two Men again because the follow up from this situation has been so poor. Not to mention, I had an item stolen and it seems that Two Men could care less.

The service provided by Izzy, Anthony and Eugene was outstanding. They had a great attitude and worked hard in very hot conditions. Based on the service they provided, I will certainly use Two Men and a Truck again and recommend it to anyone I know.

We were very happy with the moving team. However, we hit a snag when, at the house we were moving to, the previous owner's moving company left their truck blocking our driveway. I have requested, from your office, a report regarding the incident, and how much extra it cost us, so that I can pass that cost to the moving company through our realtor. I have yet to receive that report. That is a disappointment.

I can't say enough good things about you. Hope did a great job with initial contact and follow-up. Demitri and Deja were fantastic movers - hard workers, conscientious, caring, friendly, and just great. Charles was extremely helpful in coming out ahead of time to make sure a low-hanging electrical cable wouldn't pose a problem, then adjusting the crew as needed. He was also fantastic about adjusting the bill and giving an incredibly prompt refund. Everything about your company was terrific. I don't plan to ever move again but if I do you will be the ONLY moving company I will call.

Fortunately I only have to move once, but the staff and crew that moved me was the best. I can't say enough. The value for dollar for me couldn't have been better. Thanks to all involved that work in the Peoria office and the guys doing the hard work. Don't forget to tip your movers!

The moving team; Aaron, Eugene, and Keith that moved us were all excellent men. Very professional, courteous, hard working, and polite. They asked questions and kept us informed as they made progress. They were concerned with the items and ensured they were wrapped and covered to lessen risk of any damage to which there was none.

I would highly recommend Two men and truck to anyone looking for assistance with a move.

Two Men and a Truck exceeded my expectations, everything was done much faster than if I had done it myself and cost about the same as renting a truck.
