scratched and gouged my walls over 5 days ago. was told someone would contact me. i had to call them and still have not heard back

Aaron and Harold (Peoria, IL team) were great! They called ahead, showed up right on time, and were polite and friendly. We were on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and they handled it with ease and patience. I waited until I unpacked the really breakable bar ware, and nothing was broken! They were both great and I would recommend them any time!

As always the team did an excellent job. Their experience was noticed and appreciated. They took care to ensure we had no damage during the move. Their attitude and mannerisms were noticed and received. I would certainly request the team in the future.

Overall they did a great job moving the furniture. Good attitudes, helpful, worked hard. Did a good job of protecting furniture and house. Cost was higher than estimated due to taking more time to wrap furniture, but was acceptable. Only issue I had was towards the end of the 10hrs they were not watching which room (or level) the boxes were put in. I had to move probably 10 boxes up and down stairs because they ignored what the box said. They were tired I guess...

I was happy with the service from the beginning to the end. Office staff was friendly and courteous. Did a great job following up. My moving team was on time, friendly , and were very professional in handling my stuff. Move went smoothly!
