We were very pleased with the efficiency of the moving team. They were polite and cordial, while remaining very focused on completing the loading process promptly. We did have a couple of minor damage issues, however the office manager assured us that one dresser would be repaired and the damaged card table would be replaced. We appreciated his immediate response to our concern and willingness to remedy the problem. We would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

two men worked very well together- the third man was a little more reckless in his work and his attitude. the move was great, a little scraping of furniture--by the third man. there was scraping and damage to the main entry door which had to be repaired and painted by maintenance. i am sending a copy of my check i paid for the damage to receive that amount refunded.

They did a good job, except my floors are scratched in several places from moving a baker's rack, that is not heavy, just awkward, which is why I hired movers to begin with. My wood floor hallway, kitchen linoleum, and family room floors all have new, very noticeable scratches. There are also several scrapes on some smaller pieces of furniture and my dresser. So much time spent bubble-wrapping some pieces, but others, not wrapped at all, and got scratched.

Overall about as expected. Took a few hours, but finished up early so that was nice. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. The 2 guys I had moving me were good, but they did have a few scrapes or other things on my walls from the move. Overall not bad, but not over the top either.

Slight dents and scratches on bed frame, otherwise good service

The move went pretty well. A granite topped patio table was dropped and broken. Still waiting to hear back on how that will be remedied.

Overall the guys did a good job. We did have damage to one of our steps but my husband fixed it. I was just disappointed that the one worker indicated that it was already cracked but it was not. There is also a place on the wall that needs to be repaired (plastered or shackled). However, they were wonderful about rearranging furniture they had carried in at the new house before they left.

Joel and Lavern were good and careful but my stairs are damaged and the glass backing to my China cabinet is scared to pieces. There put some dings in the walls. This was not a good experience with your company.

I had a 12 hour move with 2 trucks and 4 men - and eve 6 men at certain points. My move-to location had tricky stairs with many turns and my furniture was very heavy. In addition there were two extra stops and a late add-on of a gun safe. The movers never displayed anything but patience and the most courteous and reassuring attitude. There was a mishap with a table that got broken, which was understandable given all of the above circumstances. I look forward to seeing the repair. One of the guys asked me if I needed anything at the store because he was going for water, and he brought back a bag of ice for me. That is just an example of how thoughtful the team was. I am a very satisfied customer.

The movers were good, nice, clean and careful. They did not send a big enough truck to pack all of our stuff, so a lot was left behind. I had to move it myself which I was not happy about. I mean what’s the point of hiring movers if you have to move your own stuff? And they would not take apart my daughters bed because they said there were too many screws? And I was told not to take it apart before they arrived so that was frustrating. And when they put my bed back together it wasn’t finished so I had to do it.
