Appt set for 4 pm. Was not told of a window of 4-6. I arrived early and waited. They called at 3:50 to inform me they would be late. When they didn’t show at 5pm I tried to reach office. No answer. Left message. No return call. Waited until 6:30. At 7:15 pm the driver called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I requested a call 1 hour prior. The office is clearly unorganized and the crew is overwhelmed. Very bad experience. Never again. JD Wieland

Our movers (Mario J., Darion B., Robert J., and Brandon T.) were fantastic, I cannot speak higher of their professionalism and great attitudes on what was a miserable hot and muggy day. Even under the lousy conditions, they worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and all of our items are in great shape! I absolutely will recommended your company, and will use you again in the future.

Diego, Eric, & Jade were great! They stayed on task and were very patient while helping move my mother out of her home. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

This was the second time I've used Two Men and a Truck, On both occasions the move went very smooth, they were on time and the guys were very friendly polite and respectful. Furniture handling was professional and cautious. I had Lance and Dajwan from Hoffman Estates and they did a very nice job..please give them some referrals. Thank you and sorry this response is late.

There were a total of 5 men and each one was respectful willing to help and had a smile on their faces. I would recommend 2 men and a Truck which I already have to 2 different people.

The movers were supposed to be at my house between 3-5 but didn’t show up till 7:30. I was told since they were so far behind that they were going to send 2 more guys. The 2 extra guys showed up 2 hours before the scheduled movers got there. I heard nothing but complaints about them having to be at my house to do the move. 2 of them had been working since 7 that morning. My wife and I felt bad and helped the guys with the boxes. They also showed up in a truck that did not fit all of my belongings. I was not willing to leave my furniture behind and said they would have to figure out a solution. They didn’t finish loading the trucks until midnight. They didn’t do a final walk through to make sure they had everything. I had to run back to the house to gather the rest of my stuff the next day

The guys that did my mover were great! Super nice, very efficient and I could not have been happier with how my
move went. Ive used you in the past and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!
