Although the service was excellent it took 13 hours for them to move us. It would have been more efficient to have three movers as well as have someone come out to the property and assess the situation prior to the move to make sure adequate

The two young men made a positive impression right at the beginning. They introduced themselves, checked out the path from the truck to the end location before unloading, took extreme care to prevent damage to the building and the furniture. They were friendly, but business minded, and made sure I was happy with the whole process. I highly recommend both the two men who moved my furniture, the office people who set it up, and the smooth operation of the whole day.

Bed was taken apart - not sure why - and was put back together incorrectly causing it to break after sleeping in it. Called office and never received a phone call back. Estimate was $200 under what I was charged and it took less time than what was on the estimate.
Had to pay someone to completely restruct the bed and fix it.
