Movers took much longer than they should have. They were slow and wasted a lot of time. One guy would go to the truck and be gone for at least 10 minutes before coming back, and he would be talking on the phone and texting. There was also a lot of damage. I purchased the extra insurance for $20. I was told it covered up to $1,000 PER ITEM. When contacted about the damages, I was told they would repair it. Then they came back and said they don’t repair but just pay out, based on all of my furniture IN TOTAL being worth only $1,000. I have been playing phone tag with the manager to discuss what happened with the move, but his lack of effort seems like it’s not important to him. Today I checked my credit card and saw I was overcharged by $100. Very disappointed with the entire experience

The moving team was obviously inexperienced. They destroyed my front door, wood floors, walls and a $3000.00 stainless steel refrigerator. The damages exceeded the cost of your service. In other words, it cost me an excessive amount of time and money cleaning up the mess your company created. I've posted videos on YouTube and wrote about my horrible experience on Yelp - something I've never had to do with ANY contractor I've used in the past.

I was assured my furniture would be wrapped. It was not and several pieces were damaged or broken. I rented blankets which were not used at all. Very disappointed in the packing of the truck. Heavy boxes piled on lighter ones causing collapsed boxes. Based on my Experience, would not recommend your company.

We had a two part move. Part one went very well and we agreed to the same team. Part two was a disappointment. They arrived unprepared to pack reporting they were not informed of need to pack. They were very careless with packing which led to damages. Damages were reported and no follow up from management.

I was a little concern in the end. The three individuals were young and somewhat lacked experience. I had to direct the to cover furniture pieces. They did not read box labels for glass and ad a result, one of my cases were broken--upset.

It took them more than three hours to make it to the destination, understandably to weigh truck, did not experience such a delay when zI used service before.

Finally because there lack of experience, my furniture pieces were placed in the garage.

Overall I like Two Men & Truck, just wish the team was seasoned.

To be candid, my disappointment with 2 Men and a Truck is unfortunate. It stems less from the team who moved me vs. you tying up my money for a week. Your team was hard working, friendly, and try to do the right things. Granted, there were2 incidents where I chose not to make claims because i felt the team was working hard: a hole in my wall moving a piano and a cracked leg on a heavy dresser. Both of these were fixed by other people who I know. Your team failed to bill me properly for the piano move. They called asking for payment immediately after the facts ($200) which I made. Your team billed me incorrectly for $500 and that $300 difference has been tied up for a week and still going. That has really ticked me off so I will strongly consider my options next time.

Moved last week 8/2/19. Movers were polite, hard working but inexperienced. Damage was done because these young men appeared to have little experience and were not professional movers which in turn cost more due to extra time being needed to move particular items. Experienced movers would have been able to figure it out in MUCH less $$$$ time. I called and spoke to the office about the concerns and have yet to receive a return call or email. Lisa S.

The movers were polite but did a terrible job. There were major damages to walls and floors in our new home and damage to our furniture and missing items that never made it to our new home. We are waiting to hear back from your claims person and have not heard back yet. We want to have all the home damages repaired and be reimbursed for missing items and damaged furniture. It was a TERRIBLE experience and I am very upset that that price would be so high and the work so terrible. I never had a moving experience that went so badly!
