The contract should have more detailed info. The unloading address was incorrect and it took 4 different calls/contacts to correct it. The unload date was wrong and took 3 contacts to correct it. All staff were super cordial. Nothing broken/missing so far, still unpacking. Thank you!!

The moving team was excellent; professional, considerate and did nice work.

I contacted the office and spoke with Catrice Sides. I explained my original moving crew changed my move in date and I that I needed help on the day of my call. She was polite and courteous and immediately said she would see what see could arrange. She called me back and had arranged for a crew that afternoon. The crew actually arrived earlier than expected which was great! All movers great!
