Excellent experience. Darian and Mario could not have been better representatives of your company. Polite, careful and totally engaging in
conversation. I would recommend these two employees with no problem. If I had a moving company I would hire them away from Two Men and a Truck.

Moving team was excellent! Very Professional with great attitude.

I am disappointed in the service that I received from my move on 5/29. The move was estimated to take 6 hours and it took 7 hours. I ended up having less than I initially told Brittany (Estimator) I would. The move was slow and Quinn, new Mover, was very slow. I found dings in my walls after the movers left and I found some damage in the masters bedroom doorway while the movers were here and asked them if they were going to tell me they damaged this doorway. The response was, "we can fill out a damage claim if you want." Well yes I wanted to. I did not receive a call from 2 Men and a Truck for two days after this report was filed. Vanessa from the Claims department called me and asked me how the move was overall. I told her I was disappointed with how long the move took and she said her

Suggest movers use shoe covers to protect clients floors.
Movers were very polite.

The team was great! One of the movers was a bit injured to start but worked through it. The other gentleman was an absolute army ant. Picking up and moving things that were rather heavy with ease. The move was from a third floor walk-up to a row home with 3 floors and a basement. It was an extremely warm day and I felt a bit bad they were wearing black/dark grey uniforms. We provided water and towels for sweat and they were very appreciative. All and all a wonderful experience!

The 2 gentlemen were a genuine pleasure to work with. Very courteous and conscientious of our furniture. Moved 91 year old mom into a retirement community and both men were kind & courteous with all of her questions & "direction" on placement of her furniture,

It was a very pleasent experiance. They men came early and were done under the estimated time. They were also able to work unsupervised.

THey were a little late but once there they were efficient, quick, and the entire move was done on less than 3 hours. THey took care of my furniture and were polite and prideful in their work

Broken glass for three tables
Accident report completed incorrectly; no call to me that day; call to me Friday with message that person was leaving office in a little while and would not be back until Monday. It’s Monday at 4:15pm and still no call. In addition to the glass for tables all dishes and glasses, when unpacked, were broken. One of the movers smoking on my property near house and then entered house smelling like smoke. Had to ask him to leave it was so bad. Said they would email me accident report and other documents but never got them. Not only was the actual move disappointing but follow up and service recovery non-existent. I work in senior living for a large company. We have often recommended Two Men and a Truck however after this experience I am not confident doing so.

Team broke glass in curio cabinet; nicked up the front door to my condo unit, and broke glass globe on ceiling fan in my condo unit.

I'm awaiting call from "Joe" to inspect the broken curio cabinet door.
