I think they should have taken out my dresser drawers before moving the dresser. All my clothes were scattered and disarrayed. Also, I was not happy to have to pay for carpet protection. I have hired movers several times in the past, and they wore protective coverings on their shoes. Overall, your service was acceptable.

The owner came out to the original location on packing day, and determined that no 2MT packers were required even though they were on site already, as we had largely packed ourselves. There was no charge, he left extra boxes also without charge and confirmed the move details. Outstanding service and approach. The movers then exceeded that. Miguel S (Driver), Jose AH and Darryck (Movers) were prompt, polite, fast, friendly and professional. The move had two stops (new residence and off site storage) and they worked at each stop not only to load and unload, but to place the boxes and stored items exactly where we wanted, sometimes moving them multiple times at our request. Despite this extra effort, the move was finished within 15 minutes of the estimated time. Truly professional! Thanks!!

Appt set for 4 pm. Was not told of a window of 4-6. I arrived early and waited. They called at 3:50 to inform me they would be late. When they didn’t show at 5pm I tried to reach office. No answer. Left message. No return call. Waited until 6:30. At 7:15 pm the driver called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I requested a call 1 hour prior. The office is clearly unorganized and the crew is overwhelmed. Very bad experience. Never again. JD Wieland

Our movers (Mario J., Darion B., Robert J., and Brandon T.) were fantastic, I cannot speak higher of their professionalism and great attitudes on what was a miserable hot and muggy day. Even under the lousy conditions, they worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and all of our items are in great shape! I absolutely will recommended your company, and will use you again in the future.

This was the second time I've used Two Men and a Truck, On both occasions the move went very smooth, they were on time and the guys were very friendly polite and respectful. Furniture handling was professional and cautious. I had Lance and Dajwan from Hoffman Estates and they did a very nice job..please give them some referrals. There were a total of 5 men and each one was respectful willing to help and had a smile on their faces. I would recommend 2 men and a Truck which I already have to 2 different people.
