My dining room table was broken during the move. Not only did the movers break my table, they lied about the extent of the damage. They said they broke one leg off, when actually two legs were broken off and the frame was completely bent. They also damaged the elevator at my new building and were incredibly slow and inefficient. My family moved a great deal of items to try and save time as the movers were taking so long. We also were cutting the plastic wrap off of items, taking clothing from wardrobes, anything to speed up an unbearably slow process. They were recommended to me, but I will not be recommending to anyone after my experience.

The movers were great!
They were careful with our stuff and made sure we were OK with their approach and if we did not want something a certain way, they accommodated our request or explained why it was better another way.

They didn't wrap anything going from my house to the truck Rob seemed to be in a big hurry cuz they sent a third guy there to finish broke three tables scratched all the corners of the rooms scratch my linoleum floor because it didn't use a moving blanket to slide it when they tipped it up to slide the movie blank and under they dragged it across and put a big scrape in my linoleum floor Rob's seem to be in a big hurry to get to the next job and didn't really treat my furniture or my property was respect at all

Very efficient and you don’t take advantage of the time involved in the move. Fast and accommodating .

Receptionist and movers were professional and courteous.
Movers did not damage anything.

There was a glitch because the local dispatch person did not see a last minute email, so the crew did not arrive on time.
The dispatcher himself came out with a teammate and they wrapped the furniture to be moved.
He was then replaced with a second person who led the actual move - good hand-off.

The moving team was polite and friendly. But some of our furniture items must have shifted during transport because they will not go back together tightly, one drawer will not close all the way, etc..

The three gentlemen were great movers, the guy named Rob went above and beyond. Terrific customer service.

Very happy with the service provided. Veronica was very helpful and the two young fellows who did the move were great, they hustled and were very professional. I wish I had those two guys working for me when I was hiring route drivers.

I was extremely pleased with the service from the beginning to the end. The office clearly explained the process. The movers, Lance and Jerome, were extremely polite, and very careful with moving the furniture and other goods. They also explained how they protected fragile items. I would highly recommend your company to family and friends.
