Feedback is a gift so I will one piece of constructive feedback. I needed to call the office and speak to move coordinators a number of times to ask new questions and modify date and time. My only issue is that I never was able to call and get someone live. Each time I had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Office staff were great, trusted, and easy to work with. The cust experience could have been a little better if inmediate reachability could have occurred a little more frequently. Not every time but some of the time.

Robert and Brian were great. Polite and helpful. My couch looks perfect and I’m very happy.

The crew that came to help in the move more then exceeded our expectations. They did WAY more then needed in regards to moving even the small items.

The guys were great. They moved everything (large and small) without complaint. We moved some really large pieces, and they moved them without any problem. Had no problem putting things where we asked them. Were just great guys and helped us a lot. Much appreciated.

Omar and Michael did an excellent job getting my office moved. I would recommend them and would hire them again for future moves. Also, the office staff were extremely helpful in getting an insurance certificate which was required by the building I was moving out of. Great experience with Two Men and a Truck!

The men showed up happy and ready to work. They worked hard all day with litlle break. They seemed to work well together. My only complaint was the way they packed. The packers came a few days before the move and packed the kitchen. They just threw random things, unprotected, into boxes and taped them up. When they came to move us they literally placed all of our artwork into a huge box on wheels, unprotected, with other random odd shaped items. Corners from one artpiece pressing into other pieces. I had to ask them to repack the art to protect it. All in all we have worn edges, a chipped bowl, a broken appliance and the boxes arent all emptied yet. I was so sad that the packing job was so poor because the rest was so great. The guys were kind and compliant to requests.

The two workmen that we had with our move were incredible. They worked their buns off to pack the truck to the rafters with our stuff. Though we did lose a few items in the transport, I thought the guys did a great job. They had worked well until dark but were also more than willing to relocate the heavy furniture wherever we wanted it moved. Very courteous, friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

The movers were amazing, they did and move everything I needed. Will definitely use them again.

So, the 2 guys, Lance and Javerz that showed up at my home were AWESOME... super nice, full of energy, courteous and professional... they were on the ball, 15 minutes late in the aftermath of a blizzard, very impressed, thought for sure the move would be cancelled. They took care of each piece of furniture they moved wrapping the tables and dressers to ensure no damage would happen in the course of the move. These 2 guys should be the poster children for your company, whatever you’re paying them, pay them more… I was overly pleased with the Lance and Javerz, could not have been any nicer, more professional or enthusiastic, just really great guys, glad they were tasked with my move
I will use and recommend Two Men and a Truck to my neighbors and colleagues for a long time.
