The moving team need more training on moving items. They dropped my expensive book case. They should have used the piano movers and just carried it over the step if they did not have the right tools on the truck to create a slant to roll it. There was only one step and a double door. We disassembled everything prior to them arriving. It should have been very fast and easy. Instead we were charged for a lot of extra time and I saw them drop one end of the book case resulting in the drawers being off now and there being damage to the top.

The two young men Aaron and Erik were very professional in every part of the move and the way they conducted themselves. It was a pleasure to work and meet them.

Lance and Jaden (?) walked in to a surprise situation. We thought they could load the sheets of slat-wall onto the elevator and get them to the 3rd floor. But the sheets didn't fit. They did not falter. They made many trips by stairs, stopping only very briefly for water. Very professional and respectful and STRONG men. Wow, well done.

The team that moved our office was very professional and friendly. They were careful with our furniture and went the extra mile to help with a couple of unexpected pieces we added last minute to our order. Despite the weather and a challenging load in area, they moved efficiently and expediently which had them finishing our move an hour ahead of time - which saved us money!

Sorry but I lost the names of your two staff that helped. They were excellent. Kind and very engaging. They asked appropriate questions and delivered on your promise of quality. They handled items with care and respect. They ldid a great job. Thank them for us. Moving the items of an 89 year old woman, with treasured items ...and careful handling them is very important. Everything was timely, and we appreciate them and their hard work, making the move a successful event.

The move team was great. I mean that from Jason and the office team taking the time to work through my 2 appointments for consecutive days and ensuring that we had the same move team both days so they'd be more familiar, but I was more blown away by the move team of Jade, Kiadre, and Alonzo and Dillon & Miles too from day 1 of the move.
They took great care of my home and even interacted with my children during the move - absolute pleasure to work with these great guys!!
