The guys had great attitudes and a great work ethic. There were both careful and efficient. What more could you ask for?

The moving team itself was nice, prior to hiring them I asked the office that they can assemble and disassemble a Sleepnumber bed.... that seemed to be the problem of they day. It must have taken total of 4 hours to do what should be done in 30 minutes. At some point all 3 where trying to figure it out and nobody moved anything...... they even called a manager out and with him it still took 30+ minutes longer to fix it... at the end manager was “nice enough” to take off some time IF I give good review........ However I’m not happy about it and should have been refunded at least another hour or more. I’m not paying there team for training on my bed. If they don’t k is how either train them or tell customers you can’t do the service. Paid a lot more then expected and will not recommend them.

Brandon and Lance were nothing short of perfect. Couldn’t have had a better experience and will be using the service for my next move.

Movers were very polite and did a overall good job.

While the move itself was good, the crew was 2 hours late . This created an elevator access problem which led to me being billed for dead time . I have disputed 1 hour of dead time and have not had a response - very disappointing!

Bryan and Robert were prompt and very pleasant to work with. They took care of our property and explained everything in detail.

The two young man were courteous and polite. They were efficient and took pride of their work.

Your service was great. Your rates are too high for what I needed...to move an elliptical from the ground floor to the 2nd floor.
