Very thing was perfect but next time please use some kind of cover on new rugs. I had to clean a new rug because shoe tracks. I know it was not us because we take off our shoes out of respect for our home. Even booties would have been nice otherwise the movers were great

I was very pleased with the professional quality of the movers work. I would recommend the team I had to anyone who is moving. They did an excellent job!

Keiandre, Jade, Omar and Manny, were so nice during the whole move. They were respectful not only to me but my property. They did walk throughs before and after the move to make sure that nothing was left behind. I would recommend this crew to anyone who asked about 2 men and a truck and I would request them again for future moves.

I can't believe it took them 5 hours to move my stuff, when the last two men and a truck moved (the same stuff, 6 months ago) it only took the quoted 4 hours and last time they had to go up and down the stairs. They movers were very nice but slow!!! I only had a bedrooms worth of furniture and about 20 boxes. It should not have taken as long as it did. They were not moving fast enough, I am not sure I would ever use you again the cost was crazy to move a very small amount of stuff.

The team was outstanding. Explained the process to me very clearly. Walked me through their plan to load the truck. Could not believe how quickly and carefully the got the truck loaded. Would highly recommend them !!

I worked with the Schaumburg office. The gentlemen who did all the heavy lifting of the move were: Lance, Javerz and Keshaun. They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but called first to make sure that would be OK. They handled my furniture with great care. All items were placed in my new home exactly where I wanted it, they even moved a few items for me after I changed my mind. The communication between the team members was a site to behold. The kept each other moving, watched out for each other, and checked in with me on a regular basis. All in all, the best move have had. Thank you to Lance, Javerz, Keshaun and the office staff for setting this up!
