The office staff and the movers had great attitudes and answered all of my questions. There were no surprises.

The guys were a lot of fun and willing to do whatever I needed. They communicated well, particularly with heavier and more awkward items. The only think I wish that your company would do different is place cardboard down to prevent the tracking of salt/snow/water on my hardwood floors. Rupert and crew were really sweet.

I used Two Men and a Truck for a cross town move a few years ago. This time I called to see if they could just help me move some stuff out of the basement that I wanted to get rid off and clear an area for new flooring installation. So much easier to schedule people working for me and I wasn't worried they would damage anything because they are pro's. Everything went very well both times. I refer them to anyone I know who needs this type of work done. Why damage friendships for a move when you can use pro's? Very happy! Pat

I thought the two young men that moved our furniture (Randy and Marcus) were very polite, right on time, and seemed to work very well together. I would definitely recommend the company and them to my friends.

Packers did a good job packing. I only wish they had written on boxes a little more specifically which box had lamps, towels, & silver wear. I couldn't take a shower the first morning before work because I didn't know which box had bath towels or where my shampoo was. And trying to eat dinner(spaghetti) when I couldn't find a fork HA! The moving crew were awesome!! They froze their hands and feet off that day. They worked very hard and never complained excellent!

The guys were polite and on time and did everything promptly. There was an issue with minor damage on a screen door at the pickup address, that we all missed, I reported it and customer service called right away, fortunately is was fixed by the homeowner and nothing further had to take place.

The two young men that moved us were fabulous. I can’t remember their names right now, but they worked well together, were friendly, polite and courteous. Had a great sense of humor throughout the process which took a lot the stress out of having to empty our recently deceased loved one’s apartment. I really appreciated them - they were on time, even a little early, which was ok. And worked very efficiently. Thank you

Overall experience was top notch. The only disappointment was the fact that the men did not have the necessary hardware with them to take apart the queen size IKEA bed frame at the studio apartment. They had to leave it there because it was too large to move it intact outside the door. They only brought the mattress and box spring. They called and explained the situation to me and got my permission before they left the apartment. On hindsight I’ve leaned that they probably should have had Allen wrenches and other necessary tools with them to take apart the bed. This is particularly unfortunate because we are now going to have to pay to have the bed frame removed and also buy a new one at our new home. This is a major expense I hadn’t counted on.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience using Two Men and a Truck!
