Our entire experience was PHENOMENAL!
We had furniture to pick up at 2 separate homes and delivery at our home with some movement of current furniture within our home as well.
Kate in the office was so kind and explained the entire process as well as the costs involved. The movers were EXCEPTIONAL. They were cautious yet quick getting right to work. Truly professional. They were the most kind and polite staff I have ever worked with in my 20 years living in Naperville. Keep up the AMAZING work and customer service! We will definitely call you again!

The weather on 2/12/19 was terrible! However, Chris and Randy arrived early, and were wonderful throughout the move. They did a fantastic job of protecting my items, addressing any concerns, and keeping everything clean. I was impressed with their attention to detail, and efficiency. Chris and Randy clearly work well together, and were enjoyable to be around. Given the wind, snow, and ice, I expected the move to take a lot longer than usual. Yet they completed everything on time, and with no damage to property or themselves. They did NOT cut corners, but instead gave 100% to the move. As always, I continue to be blown away by Two Men and a Truck! I have used your company several times (various locations), and you remain a "go-to" for me! Thanks for great service Chris & Randy!

The price was a few hundred dollars over than what was expected, but it was still worth the cost. Nick, Josh & Cam worked so very hard at their job, they were beyond professional & awesome. I was originally moved into the apartment that I just moved out of, by Nick, Josh & Cam...they were awesome then and even better so this time. It was expensive but worth every penny for the effort that those guys put into helping me into my new house. I cannot say enough positive things about that crew. If at all possible from customer surveys...please give these 3 guys some sort of bonus. They totally deserve it.

This is the fourth time we have used Two Men And A Truck to move our family/family members. We (and our property) have always been treated well from start to finish. Our movers were very professional-- arrived on time, took inventory of our items, carefully wrapped and moved each piece, and then placed and unwrapped everything into our new home. We received an estimate of expenses before the move and knew upfront what all charges would be. I have recommended this company to many of our friends & family who have planned a move and will continue to recommend them in the future.

Very organized and efficient team made my move a breeze

The movers had to deal with my psychotic drug addict former roommates, which I am apologizing about again. They could not have conducted themselves in a more professional and courteous manner. I broke my sublease, and fled the apartment as soon as I found out the activities that were taking place in that apartment. I can not thank your company enough for getting me out of that place in such a short amount of time! I will definitely recommend your company, and if I ever need movers again, I will choose your company.

The office staff (Stormy and Julie) were extremely courteous and informative and provided consistent communication throughout the process. The moving team was awesome!! Richie, Cam, Robert and Kyle were very professional, took exceptional care of the furniture as well as the walls, floors and doorways. They had to move furniture from one house to three other houses. At each house they were so courteous, introduced themselves to each home owner. My wife as overwhelmed by their professionalism. The day went without a hitch and on schedule. I will use and recommend Two Guys and a Truck, and especially this top notch moving team to family and friends.

My move was on the worst day weatherwise, and the crew didn't even flinch. They showed up right on time, full of energy and personality. I enjoyed the whole time with them. They took excellent care of my possessions and worked so quickly that I'm still talking about it to everyone I know. They made use of every second, keeping the project moving. They were tremendously respectful, putting me at ease about the move. When we got to my storage unit, they loaded the unit quickly and artfully; such professionals! I left the unit knowing my possessions were safe and sound. Thank you, Richie, Cam and Marcus, and Jeff as the project came to a close!

The move itself was fine, but the movers damaged the doors to the freight elevator, stripping out the hardware. The office is not cooperating with my management company
