Robert was a great team manager and had it all under control. Of the four men that came, it was evident that two were relatively new. I noticed some stucco was knocked off the wall in the main hallway and I think Robert would have mentioned it if he had known. In fact I think he left a sweatshirt behind. Where should I send it? Stormey was excellent also.

All was fine and would have been great if not for the damage the guys did to my fridge and the stair railing when moving. It. Have filed a claim so will see how all of that works about before I could improve the rating.

Unfortunately, I found a scratch o my dresser after they left. I found a few scratches in the wood floor where they slid the armoire across the floor a short distance. I have to find stains to hopefully cover all the scratches. They seemed to move slowly throughout the day. Both were respectful and cared as much as possible about my belongings.

They left items at the old home such as a chair, bedding, etc. they were pleasant and had good senses of humor. However, somewhere 6-8 solid oak shelves got lost for the solid oak book case. They gave me the clips that you use to put the shelves up but not too helpful when I have NO SHELVES! Not happy☹️

My piano was damaged, and one of the guys was folding moving blankets in the truck while there were still things in the truck to be moved out. Time is money & I didn't like the fact that instead of working on getting my things unloaded he was folding blankets.

I did have some damage to a drawer on a dresser which is now not functioning correctly and handle lost on a cabinet. Overall the service was excellent.

The movers dragged and moved very slowly to ensure the move would cost more I moved 2 bedroom sets 1 living room set 1 cocktail glass table they broke and 30 boxes they tried to charge me $2300 which was absorbent . The office then adjusted after I complained to $1700 which was still a lot . Not to mention my $800 cocktail table and they are only reimbursing for .30 multiplied by the weight of it . Which is insulting considering the horrible job they did . I would not use this company again this is the 3 Rd time I’ve used them last time was 20 years ago they were a better quality company then . The staff had integrity back then as well .

The 3 guys were helpful and polite. The 2 younger ones could have been more careful setting down (clearly marke boxes in the proper rooms. They also set heavy book boxes on some marked fragile crushing them. Luckily only one bowl broke. I still liked them.

Underestimated my move..... By a full truck!! Required me to move many items myself, and caused major problems at my closing, since it took more than a half a day to get another truck to my house to load my items. The moving team was courteous, but the problem all started with the estimate. Wasn't even close!! And then they charged me full price even though my closing was jeapordized and I had to give the buyer a credit or of my own pocket since my stuff was still in the house. Miserable experience all around. Next comments will be to the better business bureau
