Brandon and Edred did a fantastic job to move some very heavy and no longer needed furniture from our home and carefully transported it to Goodwill so that it can be a treasure for someone else. Everyone at Twi Menand a Truck made the process so easy and I would definitely use them again in the future. Awesome company!

Great experience overall. Despite some difficulties with a large couch, the moving team did the right thing and had a good attitude throughout.

The guys that helped move us were awesome. They were great and fast but yet careful. Had a great attitude the entire time. Would definitely ask for the three of them again in the future.

My only disappointment was that the only item I had moved was a piano and then I was charged a special fee for moving a piano. That seems unfair. It should have been just the moving price from the start.

This young team was inexperienced and careless with lifting and moving the boxes. Did not pick up small plastic bag sitting on top of a box before lifting a box. The bag held a ceramic plaque and it fell and broke.
Also a box clearly marked large glassed frames was lifted improperly and one end dropped because two people should have lifted it ttogether. I opened box after move and found that I had packaged it well so that there was no damage to glass. Once we were at new location they did not have any idea how not to get carpet scuffed with shoes. After some discussion they realized they had plastic carpet cover to lay down for walk areas. The movers made me feel like I was dealing with inexperienced friends or family just helping out.

Drivers were on time and professional. Will definitely recommend your services!
