Office staff was very helpful and communicative -- and able to find us a truck and crew on our desired day on short notice. Our movers were great -- not the easiest of jobs, navigating through Chicago and getting our things up into a walk-up apartment on a hot day! They were efficient, careful, pleasant to work with and made my son's move into his first place happen -- under estimated price!

It was a very hot day I supplied them with beverages but they were lazy and didn’t bring all in the house just dropped it in garage also left bed parts back at old address I helped as much as I could

Would have been perfect except the movers forgot a couple things to move and moved a couple things that weren't on the list. Also, in the move a drawer pull from a dresser was lost (don't know where) and a shelf peg (which makes the shelf unusable without it) was lost and not found.

When telling the guys about it they acted like "Oh well, don't know where it is"

Moving team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently - despite it being absurdly hot outside. All of these young men were personable, and took care with my belongings. I’ve moved many times; my experience with Two Men and a Truck made this move one of the easiest.

Two Men and a Truck were awesome! They had very good communication booking the truck and movers and confirming the move. The three guys showed up on time and were very professional. The were extremely polite and went through everything with me thoroughly and asked questions along the way. They were very quick packing the things and very quick unloading. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew!!

The guys did a good job but I have had a better experience with your team previously. The two guys were not very friendly and seemed to not want to be there. The did cause damage to one piece of furniture and didn’t seem to understand the value of the price that they damaged. I was happy for their help but enthusiasm about your job goes a long way - especially when people paying pay A high price
