My movers were absolutely wonderful. The office staff did not give me confidence as they were unavailable and unresponsive to provide live scheduling updates, leaving major scheduling snags to the movers to work out themselves. Yuck. Yay for the movers, Jamal and Josh. Superheros. Pay them well.

Our 5 movers were all outstanding. They were so personable, relaxed, accommodating, and did an incredible job. We have used Two Men and Truck many times and this was the best crew yet. Thank you for taking the stress out of our big move!

Our moving team were great! They were personable and took great care of our furniture! They delivered our furniture as expected within the timeframe promised. Thanks for the outstanding move; it was only a baby grand’s being moved about eight feet from one room to another, but the specific care taken was the same as if the move was transcontinental! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck……

I was very impressed from start to finish. Dealing with the office, scheduling, and then answering countless questions really helped me. This was the first time I moved by myself, and I could not have done it without the wonderful team of movers you sent. All the gentlemen introduced themselves to me and were polite and courteous. They respected my belongings and carefully wrapped my furniture.

I would like to be clear that 2 gentlemen who arrived at my home did the best they could do given the amount of limited resources they had. I rate the two individuals as a "5" but gave a "3" in overall rating specifically because of the manager (rated as a "1") who showed up & his dismissiveness to me when given kind, comparative, constructive feedback of my experience w 3 prior moves w Jackson.
