I can't think of anything I would change about my experience. Tara and Laura were pleasant and helpful and the estimate was thorough. I don't think I have ever seen anyone work as hard as Robbie and Nick. The final bill even came in under estimate.

In spite of the professional efforts of your team, my 2 piece Secretary was not attached properly; resulted in the top portion crashing onto the right side of my head upon my touch to it. Although apologies were offered, it did not diminish the fact that I had to go to the emergency room, get a CAT scan (slight concussion with bruises). Not a good experience!

The moving experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent. The communication and interactions couldn’t have been better. John and Robert did a wonderful job loading and moving the household to a retirement community. I will be recommending this business to anyone who needs to move.

Robert was a great team manager and had it all under control. Of the four men that came, it was evident that two were relatively new. I noticed some stucco was knocked off the wall in the main hallway and I think Robert would have mentioned it if he had known. In fact I think he left a sweatshirt behind. Where should I send it? Stormey was excellent also.

All was fine and would have been great if not for the damage the guys did to my fridge and the stair railing when moving. It. Have filed a claim so will see how all of that works about before I could improve the rating.

Unfortunately, I found a scratch o my dresser after they left. I found a few scratches in the wood floor where they slid the armoire across the floor a short distance. I have to find stains to hopefully cover all the scratches. They seemed to move slowly throughout the day. Both were respectful and cared as much as possible about my belongings.

They left items at the old home such as a chair, bedding, etc. they were pleasant and had good senses of humor. However, somewhere 6-8 solid oak shelves got lost for the solid oak book case. They gave me the clips that you use to put the shelves up but not too helpful when I have NO SHELVES! Not happy☹️

My piano was damaged, and one of the guys was folding moving blankets in the truck while there were still things in the truck to be moved out. Time is money & I didn't like the fact that instead of working on getting my things unloaded he was folding blankets.

I did have some damage to a drawer on a dresser which is now not functioning correctly and handle lost on a cabinet. Overall the service was excellent.
