Jordan and Jeremy exceeded our expectations with their service, attitude and efficiency. Not only did they treat our home and our belongings with utmost care, they completed the move in significantly less time than expected and left our home set up exactly as I hoped. The three the guys I had were the best and very professional not to mention the extreme heat they had to work in that day.
I only hope I have the same three on the 26th .

My moving team started off great. They moved my stuff out of my house quickly and were professional and friendly. They unloaded the truck fairly quickly too. Although, I made the mistake of not doing a walk-through before I signed the papers. My home is brand new and they put countless dings on the walls and ceiling. They also left boxes in the wrong rooms even though they were clearly marked.

Office staff was very helpful and communicative -- and able to find us a truck and crew on our desired day on short notice. Our movers were great -- not the easiest of jobs, navigating through Chicago and getting our things up into a walk-up apartment on a hot day! They were efficient, careful, pleasant to work with and made my son's move into his first place happen -- under estimated price!

It was a very hot day I supplied them with beverages but they were lazy and didn’t bring all in the house just dropped it in garage also left bed parts back at old address I helped as much as I could

Fast, efficient and affordable.
The move team made sure to protect my items and carefully put them into place.

Would have been perfect except the movers forgot a couple things to move and moved a couple things that weren't on the list. Also, in the move a drawer pull from a dresser was lost (don't know where) and a shelf peg (which makes the shelf unusable without it) was lost and not found.

When telling the guys about it they acted like "Oh well, don't know where it is"
