Jamie, Ernest along with the other Two gentleman worked great together as a Team. Jamie & Ernest worked closely in directing the other team members. As to what was next. This move was a smooth operation Thanks to them

Had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Brittany (sp?) on the phone was nice every time we talked to her, from the original estimate to the booking/contract process. The guys were punctual (early, in fact), and very polite. James and Kyle were efficient and took great care not to damage any of my belongings. It was a very difficult job, as they had to move a pool table from a second floor condo to a basement rec room in another town. Then, they had to move an even bigger pool table to a storage unit. I was initially concerned, as it was a per-hour quote. My concerns were very quickly laid aside, as these guys worked their butts off to get the job complete within the estimated tome frame. The only reason it's not a five star review is the pricing. The stock coverage was only 30 cents a pound, requiring me to pay an extra $50.00 for insurance to cover the tables should they get damaged. Additionally, I was charged an additional $100.00 per table due to the fragile nature of the slate. This was explained to us in advance, so it wasn't a surprise when we got the bill, but I still felt like the additional insurance should have been included with the upcharge for the pool table. Nonetheless, I would recommend this company.

This was the worst move ever !!! I would NOT recommend your company to anyone and will make sure that I tell everyone of my experience. The very first piece was damaged beyond repair and during the move, another piece was dropped and now does not work. Additionally, even after I had most of the pieces staged in the garage before they showed up, the move still took twice as long as expected. I also ended up assisting with most of the move myself. I am very disappointed in the move and depending on the outcome of my claim, will make sure that everyone I know is aware of my extremely poor experience.

My crew was AMAZING. Probably the most entertaining moving experience ever, and I felt very comfortable and confident the entire time. Anthony went over everything with me before and after the move and was extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend, and use again (especially if I could hand pick the same exact crew!) Thanks guys!

My experience has not been good, I'm not happy & I'm still trying to deal with Two Men and a Truck. My dryer has huge gouges, my washer is not in good condition, my son's bed has a gouge in it. I just found a gouge in my dining room table and who knows what else I'm going to find in the upcoming days. Furthermore, I WATCHED one of the movers HIT my lamp on my door frame, it made a pretty loud noise... He didn't say a word, didn't apologize, nothing. Needless to say, after seeing that I'm not surprised that I'm finding these things. As for your office & Customer Service, that stopped after you took the money out of my account. The lack of communication and professionalism after the move is ridiculous and I was a Customer Service Manager! If my people ever pulled what this company does, none of us would have jobs. Perhaps I would not be as upset as I am if I had the proper CSR experience and communication that a company should be giving their paying customers to stay in business. I will not be recommending this company and will be telling others to stay away as I should have and will be patiently waiting for a resolution.
