No further comments; I was very happy with the movers

My experience has not been good, I'm not happy & I'm still trying to deal with Two Men and a Truck. My dryer has huge gouges, my washer is not in good condition, my son's bed has a gouge in it. I just found a gouge in my dining room table and who knows what else I'm going to find in the upcoming days. Furthermore, I WATCHED one of the movers HIT my lamp on my door frame, it made a pretty loud noise... He didn't say a word, didn't apologize, nothing. Needless to say, after seeing that I'm not surprised that I'm finding these things. As for your office & Customer Service, that stopped after you took the money out of my account. The lack of communication and professionalism after the move is ridiculous and I was a Customer Service Manager! If my people ever pulled what this company does, none of us would have jobs. Perhaps I would not be as upset as I am if I had the proper CSR experience and communication that a company should be giving their paying customers to stay in business. I will not be recommending this company and will be telling others to stay away as I should have and will be patiently waiting for a resolution.

My team was very knowledgeable about moving all of my items. They also were very professional, polite, and worked very hard. No down time at all. Thank you for making my move a stress less experience. Plus the office staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The guys could not have been nicer and more efficient in moving our Mom's 70 years of
belongings. Everything was wrapped carefully even more than if we would have wrapped it ourselves.
They were prompt , and friendly. Took a lot of stuff to the dumpster for us and the garage for later
moving to another house as well as the stuff moving out that day. Office connection and scheduling also efficient. I would highly recommend 2 men and a Truck to everyone, and I will.

My moving was great! Seamless start to finish! The team was timely, moved quickly, handled my belongings with care, did a great job with assembly and disassembly! Couldn’t be happier with their work! Thanks Ken, Nick, Jajuon and Brittny!!

Your Joliet/Tinley Park, Illinois Team was the best. Brittny - did a great job at the office with scheduling and great communication throughout the whole process, and Kenneth and Jajuan did an awesome job during the whole move. All of you did a great job and we will use your service in the future as well as recommend your company to friends and family.

The guys were polite and kind. They wrapped the furniture and moved it with most ultimate care. I would highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck.

The four guys helping with my move were just great! Thoughtful, polite and quick. They never stood around but were patient with me making decisions with where to put the items. I am very happy!
