The initial customer service person seem to know what size truck I needed after I shared with him what I had to move?
When the movers came, they move most of the items that was on the list but the main 4 large items that I emphasize to be remove was not! The movers took mattress but left the twin frames stated, they couldn't get them down the stairs! I called movers, soon asthey left never answer

Used your company for 4 moves. Affirmation that you're the company to hire. Javon J, Donald P, & Mike S were very careful with my belongings. The neat & professional way they packed and labeled the boxes was appreciated. Noah E, Daniel W, & Andrew D delivered everything with extra care. When another storage unit had to be purchased, the guys were very patient. ALL worked & worked well together.

I really appreciate the movers helping me. However this time took a little longer for them to move. For whatever reason, less workers were sent to help with the same amount of belongings. & they had to leave to go get equipment to finish assembling/disassembling my furniture. It could have went smoother but I’m still very appreciative of their hard work.

We were very satisfied with the scheduling of the move with Paul in the office and with the four gentlemen who moved our office furniture from one floor to the other. The move involved several challenges including a 12 foot conference table and several very heavy file cabinets. All challenges were handled with skill and positivity by the crew.

Men were hard working, and quick to complete job. Very polite, and took direction well. I should hire them,lol

I was so impressed with the man who took my call and set up everything. I was also very impressed with the team who completed the move. They took the time needed and cared for my furniture and other items with respect. I am so appreciative of the work they did to move everything. Thank you so much again!!!

The entire team from Bridget who helped me organize and ensure my move went smoothly to the amazing men Anthony, Andrew, Bart and Chris made my move as easy and seamless as possible. They introduced themselves, were kind, friendly, as well as professional and ensured the safe move of all of my belongings. These guys were so kind despite the heat, they remained upbeat and got me moved in fast!

The team that you had sent for my move were very polite, worked extremely hard in over 90 degree heat. They knew how to do the job, and did the job above my expectations! I would hire them again, and they deserve a raise! Thank them for me please!
