I had the best 4 guys that did my moving. Courteous, careful with my items, respectful, and on time. Helped me whenever I asked. They made my hectic day go smooth.

All went well, but I did have damage on one piece. I was impressed with your flexibility because I had a number of changes and the office staff was very accommodating. The movers were able to get some big pieces if furniture out through small spaces.

I usually do not comment on the personnel sent to do a job. You just expect them to do what they were hired to do. This crew was different. They impressed me by their professionalism and attention in moving my items, some of which were VERY heavy. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone needing movers. I was also surprised to learn they will move your items out of state. I live in Illinois. Hopefully, not for too much longer.

Our move could have gone much smoother. We told the crew everything that was being moved during the initial walk through. There was some sort of miscommunication, however, and boxes were left in the basement. When the crew were reminded of the boxes, the driver of the truck became irate and stood in the truck complaining about how it was going to "mess up the load" and that "communication is key." It became so uncomfortable that we finally told the crew to forget about those boxes. As a result, we spent an additional eight hours of our Sunday packing and moving boxes ourselves that should have been moved by your crew.

This was my first time hiring movers and the experience was great from beginning to end. Thank you!

The crew that was sent was excellent! I can't remember the name of the supervisor but I can tell u he was outstanding!!

The move went great. The move crew was spectacular. Very nice guys. The only issue we had was the office set the arrival time for 1:00-3:00 so I arrived home at 1:00. The crew was there at 12:45 and I was charged for their wait time. I don’t think that is fair.

The moving crew did a great job. I would highly recommend two men and a truck.

Office person GROSSLY underestimated time as well as manpower- DOUBLING bill. Main mover was great- but 2 others were inexperienced. One was trying his hardest but not making the cut and the other didn’t take direction and moved with little interest of efficiency. It was a complete disaster.

Actual price paid was far less than quote which was a nice surprise. The 4 movers were efficient, friendly and professional. Took great care of wrapping furniture. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
