We were very happy with the two young men who came to our house. They sized up the situation and wrapped the piece to be moved really well. They both lifted the item, which was probably close to 275lbs, and carried it up a flight of stairs like it was nothing! Very relieved that they could do this job for us easily!

I told the office I only had a service elevator reserved until noon and that I really needed the crew to get to my house at 830. They arrived at 945. A mover was dropped because they said 3 movers wouldn’t have been needed. I moved all my boxes from the basement to my garage to speed up the process. I had 3 big items and the movers had only 20 ft to move to get my stuff. I started grabbing boxes and putting them on the truck because I knew we wouldn’t make the time frame. I had to advise the crew to just load the large items because there wasn’t enough time to grab it all. We arrived late to my destination and only got to use the service elevator (for 1 trip) because the person after me was accommodating. I spent 700 dollars for an incomplete move to which I had to help move stuff.

Joanne was very kind and helpful with scheduling and explaining the process. Nate, Dandre, Jammie, and Ernest on moving team were friendly and professional. Thanks guys.

Everyone was wonderful to work with except for Clarissa in the office. 3 days prior to the move, she sent me a .pdf to sign electronically when I was in a location that did not have Wi-Fi and threatened to cancel the move if I didn't sign it. The cost of the move was already deducted from my checking account. She was not willing to work with me on this issue.

Ken, Jajuan, and D'Andre were super helpful and super efficient.

2 deep gouges on my hardwood floors. Not acceptable. Men worked very hard. Needed to be more careful. Had to have floors repaired before closing

Our move team was truly exceptional. They all introduced themselves, shook hands with a smile and started to work. Everyone was so friendly, but kept steadily working all the time. The team leader, Karim Shabazz, directed the team pleasantly and efficiently. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped, floors and walls remained undamaged throughout, and furniture was undamaged. The boxes I have unpacked to date (there are still lots left to unpack, lol) had undamaged contents also. I would highly recommend this team!!!

My moving team was excellent! They were very curtious and professional! They were great!

I was so disappointed in the moving services and team. We were estimated 7-9 hours and the move took 14 hours due to the inefficacy ineptness of the moving team. They packed the truck poorly, and I had to remind them to get back to work. I kept asking what we were waiting for. I am disgusted at the amount of money I was charged when they didn't even listen to where we wanted things moved to.

Movers called to see if we were available to start early about 45 minutes. Due to staff not being at the location of move I stated no. the movers then showed up 50 minutes late even though they stated they could be there in 20 minutes when they wanted to show up early.
