Our family was very pleased with the level of service provided by the entire team including both the office staff and movers. It was very easy to manage the moving logistics via phone and email. The moving team was very efficient and careful with all of the furniture, and they even finished faster than the projected moving time! The movers were excellent, our only disappointment was we were told by Clarissa that when the movers completed their job at our destination the clock would stop & we would pay the bill at that point, INSTEAD, WE were charged a return fee back to the office which we were not aware of. We were upset, to say the least, but paid it nevertheless.

I have used 2 Men and a Truck several times in my previous moves. I have always been very satisfied with my experience. This was by far the worst experience. My movers did not seem as though they really wanted to work that day. Everything that was asked of them was like a huge chore. They even shared at the beginning of the move that they accept tips. I've never had a mover tell me they accept tips. That is earned, not suggested. The move took WAY TOO LONG. I paid more than i should have because they were so darn slow. My furniture was not set where i asked it to be set. I ended up having to try to move heavy furniture into position myself. I would only recommend one of the men, as he worked hard and was not slow. Overall I was very unhappy with my move experience.
