I was nervous the day of the move and my two movers could not have been more calming. They were efficient and made the day as easy as possible (especially for a move to the city). I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and will be using them again in the future!

I had 4 men. 2 were good and the other 2 useless. They broke our building elevator and then whined when we insisted they use the stairs. The obnoxious men made obnoxious sounds in the stairway. They were slow the good movers made 3 round trips before they got up for 1. They made a point of carrying a small item up. They came back the next day and added a man. They purposeful sloughed off to make the move last 7 1/2 hours. 2000 sq Ft house 30 minutes away cost me 4 grand. I’m protesting the bill.

There were 5 men for the move. One of the men was brand new, first day on the job. He could not handle moving. He sat in my kitchen for 40 minutes because he was going to pass out. He held up the whole team. I was told they would have been done an hour sooner had they had their usual guy. I would like to be credited back one hour of time due to the fact that it took longer. My husband had to step in and help many times. Furniture was too heavy for most of them to lift. They repeatedly dropped my furniture because of the weight. Aramis did a really good job, but I think you need some bigger/stronger men and also some more experienced men on these moves. I will dispute one hour of time with the credit card company if I am not credited back. Please let me know how you want to handle this.

Our moving crews were excellent. They were helpful and pleasant and took charge with very little direction. I don’t know where they find the energy to keep on going at a fast pace! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I know who is moving.

They arrived on time. They were courteous professional and friendly. They made my move less stressful. I would use them again.

I have rarely been more impressed then I was by the three remarkable young men that facilitated my move. They were professional, courteous, pleasant, and considerate. This move was done in a hurry because of a death, and they were so respectful in making this a stress free event during this painful time. Their names are Anthony, Rod, and Allante. They are an asset to your company and a credit to their generation.

My move took longer than I thought it would, but the experience was a positive one. The cost for my move was on the high side. I was only moving from one end of Homewood to the other end; but we did have to pick up a furniture order on Chicago Heights so I guess that is what drove the price up. They were within the estimated price range, but definitely on the high side.

Overall experience with movers was excellent. Phone people were also excellent but process and paperwork they and the movers have to follow and deal with is too lengthy and redundant. Also too difficult to get back to the same phone person. Believe we did the same or similar paperwork at least 3 times.

Unprofessional, inappropriate, damage done to our home. Will never refer or recommend again. Terrible experience. Extremely disappointing.
