The movers I used were great I would use them again two men and a truck rock on two thumbs up Melissa

We were moving into out first home from our first apartment and were very stressed out. I worked the night before into the morning of the move and was extremely tired. The movers called to confirm location and eta, arrived on time, moved efficiently and were FAST! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Though I’m not in a hurry to move again any time soon. Two Men and A Truck will always be my go to! Our movers Kyle F, Karim S, and Pat G were very professional and made our move a breeze.

The three young men were unbelievably polite, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. The lead man was an excellent manager.

The two young men who moved some furniture were prompt, called to let us know what time to expect them and very careful. Thanks to Quantan and Xavier for being so nice, and respectful of our things and our home.

The office people Clarissa and Paul were very patient with us. A representative came to the house and did a thorough evaluation. The guys showed up ON TIME on Labor Day and were fast, friendly, and careful. They held our stuff for 2 days until after the house closing and then moved everything in with the same qualities as the load.

We were moving furniture between 4 locations. The movers were very helpful in arranging the move to be as quick and simple as possible

The movers showed up exactly in the time frame provided. They were extremely polite and worked very quickly, taking excellent care of furniture and belongings. Given that it was almost 90 degrees and extremely humid with sporadic rain showers, I expected they might slow down a bit, but they definitely did not slow down. All belongings made it to new location with no damage, and they even hauled away all of the plastic wrap that they had used to secure moving blankets to furniture. Extremely satisfied.

There were a couple of factors that I was not happy with. When I first scheduled my move I scheduled it for 8/30/2018. I had to reschedule it because of a notification I received from my apartment complex on Tuesday 8/28/2018 stating that the new floors they put in would not be ready for a move until 8/31/2018. I tried calling on 8/28/2018 several times but kept getting vm for the Elmhurst office. I left a message that I wanted to reschedule my move. I called again on 8/29/2018 and was told that I could be accommodated but that The hourly rate would be higher because there was not a local truck/team available. I was sent estimate and I agreed. When movers arrived the first thing I was told was that the estimate needed to be changed and would be Higher and that the move could take 13 hours.

Great service and good customer service staff. Good communication all questions answered in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.
