Eric and Dylan were great- professional, polite and friendly. They worked hard giving much care to the move. Paul in the office was very helpful and courteous with the estimate and pre move requirements. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

I clearly explained what I needed to be moved. They sent four men and still did not get it done. I get the feeling that this crew did not have a lot of experience.

The move started late with a miscommunication issue but the overall experience was great. A good team was sent to my home they were professional and they got the job done.

Had a great experience from start to finish the work crew did an excellent job and worked continuously with a great attitude. Robert was responsive and clear on all aspects of the agreement great follow-up by the office team as well

Brittnay and Robert were courteous and friendly when they gave us our estimate and appointment . They answered all my questions and concerns to our satisfaction. Nate, Jammie and Darius were fast and so careful with our possessions. They were friendly and happy during the whole move. We had concerns about 3 pieces of furniture with glass doors but they wrapped them in quilts and moved them very carefully. Nothing broke!! Nice people to deal with all the way around. We would recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you for a stress free move. Now would anyone like to help us unpack all these boxes!?! Jim and Deb

This moving company is exceptional.
The office estimate 6-8 hours of work and they finished in just 5 hours.

The team was on time and friendly. Overall the move went well, however, I did overhear and notice several times when they were talking to each other that they were not being as careful as they should have been. One of the guys would say, andquot;Hey, slow down, or be careful, dude.andquot; They worked efficiently at the start, and then started to drag near the end of the move in order to make it the estimated 6 hours, in my opinion. As soon as my husband left to go to our new home to prepare for their arrival, they slowed down considerably and based on what was left, my husband thought we'd be over there much sooner than the truck arrived. Wanted to get it down in 5 hours, but again, they saw the estimate at 6 hours, and kind of made it last, at least that's how it appeared to me.

The one area where improvement could be made is phone communication. It was difficult to reach one person when all the call went through a call center. It is more helpful to deal with only one person throughout rather being bounced from person to person.

Everything was fine. I think the effort to estimate using the number of boxes was overdoing it, though. Not everything was in a box.
