My only concern is the footwear of the moving team seemed to track in mud which was very evident on the carpet of the home I was moving from. Granted, a couple runners were utilized, and it had been raining earlier in the day which contributed to the situation. None the less, had the circumstances of my move not been in my favor, I would have had to shampoo clean the carpets versus sweep and vacuum which was a lot of extra effort in addition to the move. The cost of a rainy day move more than criticism of the crew. The crew were professional and efficient, and I would use them again and recommend them to others without reservation. They worked efficiently and expeditiously to move me and were respectful of my belongings.

The movers seemed to run out of gas as the move progressed. Yes it is hard work but we are charged by the hour.

Problem unloading the truck. The truck should have been completely unloaded by the three workers and the furniture staged by one worker. Instead we had two workers watching one every time all three went back to the truck. Some of the workers loudly complained about the length of the walk whenever I was within ear shot. They were inexperienced, ill equipped and out of shape. One worker was energetic and never complained but was clearly not in charge. I ended up tipping the the crew because of his effort. The job went a 1/2 hour over and I had to reassemble my furniture. I regret having to write this review having worked manual labor most of my life. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a small move within our home. My husband and I could not do it ourselves and didn't want to ask grown kids or neighbors to do heavy work. Hiring someone made more sense. You company sent young, strong men who came in and did the work safely and quickly. Excellent job and very nice personalities which is always a bonus!

Two-Men-and-a-Truck is without a doubt second to none as it relates to moving (light, medium, and/or heavy). The team is always prepared and go beyond the call of duty to give your property/belongings the care and protection it deserves. I and my family have been using your services for over 8 years (across multiple states/geographical locations)...The only visible change or variance in service is that you simply get 'BETTER'...The crew we hired out this past week was 'AWESOME'...Their patience and professionalism is/was most appreciated. These guys (from my point of view) represent the absolute 'Best' of the 'Two Men And a Truck' organization...Keep up the good work, and thank you all for what you do...!

Overall, the experience was very positive. The movers did a great job. The one thing that was unexpected is that two trucks were sent with six men versus one truck with four. It turned out to be the right choice, but it also made the move more expensive than we had planned, which we didn't learn about until that morning. The estimate was presented to us before any work started, so it was very professional, but it was still a bit of a surprise.
